  How we use candidate profiles on our candidate

Candidate profiles help us to best match your background to the current needs of our clients. Profiles allow our team to keep all information about your candidacy in one place that is easily accessible to all recruiters at our firm. Your profile is held in strict confidence by The Weatherly Group and NOT accessible by anyone outside of our firm.

The candidate portal is not a job posting board; in fact we do not post most of our openings. This is simply the easiest way for you to keep us informed on your current career status, areas of expertise, background, education and experience in a manner that is searchable for screening purposes by our team. We are a traditional recruiting firm and reach out to candidates by phone and in-person interviews

The portal is not a substitute for the personal process of getting to know our candidates. It is only the first step in identifying and screening candidates for the technical qualifications, experience and cultural fit that our clients seek.

Due to the high volume of candidates, we are unable to contact every interested candidate. We do connect with every candidate with a background desirable to our clients and/or open positions.

The more information you provide on your candidate profile, the better the chances are that we will bring opportunities to your attention. The items we tend to search most include combinations of industry focus, product focus, pre & post MBA class years and geographic preferences.
